2 Kababs, choice of lamb, chicken, vegetable
Meats: lamb, or chicken; Seasoning ingredients: Olive Oil, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon(cassia), cloves, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, paprika.
Vegetable: eggplant & mushroom, or zucchini & onion. Seasoning ingredients: Olive oil, salt, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder.
